I remember looking at jewelry catalogs at my grandma’s house when I was a little girl. (She always had catalogs and I loved flipping through them!) The mother’s rings stand out in my mind. (The gold birthstone ones.) We would figure out the birthstones for all the people in my family.
Now that I have my own children, I love having jewelry to represent my little boys.
Since Mother’s Day is coming up, I’m sharing a few of my favorite modern mother’s jewelry styles. Maybe you’ll find something you like too!
Shop local from {made} COMMUNITY.
Let me show you the talented work of Tiffany and Rachael from {made} COMMUNITY. Visit their Etsy shop to find two beautiful mother’s necklace styles (and many, many more really FUN pieces!) You can also find other {made} jewelry at Revival in downtown Iowa City or at True Style in the Iowa River Landing. These amazing gals also donate 9% of their profits to organizations that grow, give and educate the importance of fresh food. (On my wish list Honey! Hint!! Hint!!)
Shop online from Lisa Leonard Designs. (www.lisaleonard.com)
Lisa Leonard Designs makes birthstone and hand-stamped personalized rings, necklaces and bracelets. Personally, I’m in love with soooooo many things on this site. I own the personalized sterling silver stacking rings. Tip: Check lisaleonardonline.com (at the bottom of their page) to sign up for a newsletter and get 15% off a future purchase!
Shop through a home-based business or online from Origami Owl. (www.origamiowl.com)
Pick an Origami Owl necklace or bracelet (several different styles to choose from) and add charms to represent your loved ones! They just came out with fun new In{script}ion pieces that you can personalize! Don’t you just love anything with your kids names on it! Tip: With an Origami locket you can add to it over several gift giving occasions!
Now go ahead and share this post with your husband and in the subject line type: Hint!! Hint!! 😉
This jewelry would also make great gifts for the other moms in your life: your bestie, sisters or your own momma! Or…a fabulous gift to yourself! (To get what you want, sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands!)
By the way, this is NOT a sponsored post! I just love shopping and wanted to share a few of my favorite things!
Mommas: Please share any other shops that you know of that sell beautiful mother’s jewelry! Thanks!!
