Father’s Day is just around the corner! At Iowa City Moms Blog we are about more than just encouraging and supporting moms…we want to encourage and support the dads in our community as well! That’s why we’re holding our 2nd Annual Super Dad contest!!
Do you know a special dad who deserves some recognition? Maybe it’s your significant other or father of your children. Maybe it’s your own dad. It could be a neighbor, friend, brother, co-worker, or just someone you want to recognize in your community. Any dad you’d call a “super dad.” Enter him to win a terrific prize package just in time for Father’s Day!
We will be taking submissions starting TODAY, and you can keep sending them in until Friday, June 12th. For ideas, check out last year’s nominees. The finalists will be selected by a panel of judges and will be announced on Monday, June 15th. Then Iowa City Moms Blog readers will vote to choose the winner! Our winner will be announced on Thursday, June 18th, just in time for Father’s Day!
*Super Dad nominees must live in the Corridor (Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, Cedar Rapids, and immediate surrounding areas) and be able to pick up prizes in the Iowa City/Coralville area.
