Chances are, if you’re pregnant, you are somewhat like me–worrying about the future and trying to plan ahead. As I get closer and closer to my due date, the one thing I constantly think of is my hospital bag. Will I be more prepared this time? Will I remember to bring my ID?! Don’t forget the car seat!
We try to be overly prepared for trips and travel that we often forget the important items we need ourselves. Last time, I felt bad for not including things for my husband. This time around I want to be prepared, so I thought to make a list of things that I’ll need, that I’ll want, and things that I might be unsure of but could be helpful for my stay. Even things that will make my stay more comfortable.
Timing is everything. Typically, you should have your bag ready by 35 to 37 weeks pregnant. There’s a possibility of going into labor before your due date, since due dates are an estimated time of arrival for your little one.
