However, I have been on a healthy eating kick for the past year–eating more and finding healthier options. This led me to this amazing app, FITR Woman, that offers fantastic recipes that work with your cycle. Below is a recent one we tried, and so many were asking me for the recipe I wanted to share with all of you.
I prefer to eat this stir fry with brown rice instead of noodles. Although, I saw some edamame noodles at Aldi the other day. Those might be delicious with this!
