Holiday and Birthday Gift Ideas for Kids: Mom Approved

With the holidays coming up it’s time to shop for gifts!

I love shopping for the kids in my family, but you know what I don’t love? Buying another junky toy that will end up in the landfill. So what should you gift?

These birthday and holiday gift ideas are budget friendly and sure to be a hit with kids … but are also (this) mom approved!

Holiday and Birthday Gift Ideas:

Consumables and Experiences

Whip up a homemade treat or purchase a gift card to a favorite restaurant or bakery!

Clothes, Shoes, or Gear

We know how quickly kids grow out of clothing! Snatch up some shirts, pants, and shoes – or fun items like swimsuits and pjs. You might consider even getting the next size up.

Art Supplies and Books

You know the drill. Crayons, markers, colored pencils – maybe an activity book or play dough. Consider some books for early readers to practice, or to read-aloud at night with mom and dad.

What are your favorite gift ideas for kids?
