Fresh Salsa
Ingredients
4 or 5 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 chopped fresh bell pepper
1 chopped fresh onion
4 chopped fresh jalapeños or garden salsa pepper (Garden salsa peppers are a little hotter than jalapeños.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional cilantro
Instructions
Keep the seeds if you want the salsa hotter or for a milder salsa discard seeds. WEAR GLOVES!). Just chop everything up and mix in a big bowl. Salt, pepper, and cilantro to taste!
