- 2 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 8-10 carrots
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I use a 13x9x1 sheet pan.)
- Peel and cut carrots into sticks, halving and quartering as necessary to make sure they are evenly sized.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter. Stir 1 tbsp minced garlic into melted butter.
- Brush the garlic butter onto the carrots.
- Bake carrots for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan evenly over the carrots. Return carrots to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
