Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I use a 13x9x1 sheet pan.)
  3. Peel and cut carrots into sticks, halving and quartering as necessary to make sure they are evenly sized.
  4. Melt 2 tbsp butter. Stir 1 tbsp minced garlic into melted butter.
  5. Brush the garlic butter onto the carrots.
  6. Bake carrots for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated parmesan evenly over the carrots. Return carrots to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
