Vanilla Honey Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk egg whites until frothy. Mix in honey, oil, sugar, vanilla, and salt. After blended, pour over oats and fold until combined. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Using a wooden spoon or spatula mix granola around for even cooking. Continue to bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. If want small pieces of granola then stir the mix to break apart while cooling. Letting it cool without mixing it will result in granola clusters.
