Meet Mercy Pediatrics, a clinic of five providers welcoming new patients and always accepting same day appointments. We have a variety of pediatricians and a physician assistant with experience caring for infants through 21 year olds and a passion for helping the entire family!
Meet our team:
Shirley Paul, MD
I really enjoy my job as I get the opportunity to get to know my families and watch their children grow from small infants to mature, responsible individuals. I feel it is an honor to be a part of their lives and hope that I am able to provide guidance to my patients and their parents during those crucial years of development.
I have been married for 31 years to my husband Dick and we have two daughters, one son-in-law and a grand-puppy. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, reading and various crafts.
Lisa Moenning, PA-C
My favorite thing about my job is the kids! I love taking care of them. I love laughing and playing with the younger ones, I love listening to the dreams, challenges and aspirations of the young adults and I love partnering with the parents of the newborns as they watch their children learn, develop and grow. My husband, Matt, and I will celebrate 20 years of marriage this year. Our children are 15, 13 and 12 and keep us humble, laughing and running. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m likely with my family or doing something outdoors.
Angela O’Connor, MD
I chose Pediatrics in order to help children and families lead healthier lives. I have developed an interest in helping and advocating for children with learning disabilities and autism, as well as helping children with asthma and allergies. I live with my husband and three sons. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, experimenting in the kitchen and being a “soccer mom.”
Kathryn Skopec, MD
I’ve lived in Iowa my entire life. I’m the mom to four kids, one dog and two cats. I love working with all age ranges in pediatrics, from the newborns to the toddlers and following them through the preschool and school years and watching them mature into young adults.
Tori Logan, DOWhat I like most about being a pediatrician is that I have the unique opportunity to partner with families and provide a holistic approach to ensure a healthy future for their children. I love being able to watch them grow and develop year after year. In my free time, I enjoy anything outdoors! I love to hike, practice yoga, and spend time with my family and my pup, Opi. I was raised a Hawkeye and am so excited to be back in Iowa and look forward to getting involved in the community!
We are open Monday-Thursday, 7:30am to 7pm and Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.
