Spaghetti Squash
1 Spaghetti Squash
Your favorite marinara or meat sauce.
Directions:
Poke 8-10 large holes in spaghetti squash with a sharp knife.
Place on glass dish and microwave for 12-14 minutes.
Let sit for at least 5 minutes to cool.
Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds and guts.
Scrape with a fork to loosen “spaghetti” strands.
Top with your favorite sauce. Or, toss with melted butter, salt, and pepper to season. YUM! Serve with a side salad and your favorite garlic bread. You won’t even miss the pasta!

We are spaghetti squash lovers at our house, too! The first time we had it, we were a little hesitant, but each time we eat it we love it even more! I haven’t tried making it in the microwave yet–so far I’ve only baked it in the oven. The microwave would be a lot faster, though!
