When our first child was born, we lived in an apartment complex. There was no lavish backyard or pretty neighborhood, just a dilapidated courtyard, where school children would occasionally chase after one another.
Fast forward four years and here we are in a good neighborhood and a nice house, with a backyard to boot! Now that summer is just within reach, we are ready to use that backyard as much as possible.
